Why we started

SteadyEase started with a simple frustration: most gadgets sold online are sold on hype, not on whether they actually solve anything.

So we flipped the process. Instead of asking "what's trending," we ask a narrower question: what is a specific, annoying problem that a real product solves, and can we fulfill it reliably through our fulfillment partners, with clear delivery estimates on every product page?

How we choose what to sell

Every product in our catalog has to clear five bars before it goes live:

It solves a real problem. Not a novelty. Something you'd actually buy twice.
We show you when it will arrive. Every product page carries the delivery estimate for that item — no surprises at checkout.
We know the specs cold. Dimensions, materials, what it does and doesn't fit.
It's priced honestly. No inflated "50% off" theater.
We'd use it ourselves. If we wouldn't, we don't sell it.

We keep our catalog deliberately small. We'd rather know 100 products well than list 10,000 we know nothing about.

Our commitments to you

Clear delivery estimates. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Items stocked in our U.S. warehouses typically arrive in 3–7 business days; items shipped from our international warehouses take 10–20 business days.
30-day returns. No restocking fee, no interrogation.
A real person answers. Email support@steadyease.com and a human replies, usually within one business day.
