Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Time on Friday, or over a weekend or holiday, begin processing the next business day.
Delivery Times & Rates — United States
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days — $6.95 flat rate
- Free Shipping: 3–7 business days — FREE on all orders over $99
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. At this time we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of the shipping confirmation. You can also reach us at support@steadyease.com with your order number and we'll look it up for you.
Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Packages
Delayed: If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at support@steadyease.com. We'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
Damaged in transit: Send us a photo of the damaged item and packaging within 7 days of delivery. We'll ship a replacement at no cost to you.
Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or the carrier confirms the package is lost, we'll issue a full refund or send a replacement — your choice.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect a package once it has shipped. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll refund the product cost minus the original shipping fee, or reship it for the cost of a new shipping label.
